At Pretty Glitter, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
